LINE Music doesn't let you download songs as MP3 files. With a Premium plan you can save songs for offline listening on your phone, but they stay locked inside the LINE Music app; on a computer there is only a web player and no download option at all. To keep LINE Music songs as regular MP3 files that play on any device, you need a third-party converter. LINE Music plans (as of October 2026, Japan): the free plan only plays 30-second previews. Seen a new plan name in the app? In September 2026 LINE Music renamed its paid plan to "LINE MUSIC with LYP Premium Enjoy". The price didn't change; the plan just bundles extra LINE perks such as unlimited stamps, LINE album features and custom app icons. Existing Premium subscribers were switched over automatically. Nothing changed for downloading: offline songs are still limited to the LINE Music app, so the steps below still apply.
