Does NoteBurner support converting M4P to MP3?
Yes. NoteBurner can convert any music formats to any formats, certainly including DRM protected music files (such as M4P, M4A, WMA, M4B) and unprotected music (WMA, MP3, rax, MP4, WAV, RA, snd, AAC, OGG, AA, aif) to plain MP3, WAV, WMA formats with Virtual CD-RW drive.
Why I cannot use NoteBurner to convert my purchased music to MP3?
Please make sure you have the ability to burn your purchased music or audio files to a normal CD-R disc on iTunes if you want to use NoteBurner to convert m4p files to MP3 or WAV formats. Does NoteBurner support Windows 2000?
Current version of NoteBurner does not support Win2000. It only works for WinXP and Vista.
I am in the trial period of using NoteBurner and when I convert iTunes music files it do not capture the whole song. Why?
The NoteBurner trial version only converts 3 minutes music and the length of your original song might be longer than 3 minutes. Purchasing the full version will eliminate this 3 minute limitation.
Can I just drag and drop individual files into the program and, therefore, bypass the media player software?
The current version of NoteBurner can only work with Media Player software such as iTunes, Windows Media Player, RealPlayer. And it takes use of the burning feature of these software products to automate the whole processes of ripping, burning, encoding. So, you cannot convert music files without these CD burning features.
Does it effect other CD burning programs from burning to physical discs?
The Virtual CD Burner is separated from the physical CD burner and will not affect any CD or DVD burners you have installed.
Does NoteBurner work with Zune Media Player?
NoteBurner is tested to be compatible with Windows Media Player, Zune Media Player, iTunes, Real Player on WinXP and Vista. Actually, NoteBurner will support any media player software tools if they support burning music to CD-R disc.
I am using Apple iTunes.When I convert more than 40 songs in the same burning list, why does Noteburner copy songs incorrectly. It has songs under incorrect titles and skipped around?
Please try to convert less than 10 songs each time. There is a bug for iTunes (in terms of song or album information) when burning more than one CDs in the same time. The best way is to burn one CD music to Virtual CD-R for converting M4P music to MP3.
I chose not to launch NoteBurner at start up. What are the consequences?
You need to manually run NoteBurner if you need to convert music from iTunes or Media Player and you have chosen not to launch NoteBurner at start up.
