The Cowon iAudio U5 includes a 1.8-inch TFT LCD, an FM radio with recording capability, a voice recorder, an alarm clock/sleep timer, Cowon's extensive JetEffect suite of custom EQ controls, and plays MP3, WMA, DRM protected WMA and WAV files. After installing a firmware v.3.XX, Cowon iAudio U5 can also support playback of OGG and FLAC audio formats. The Cowon iAudio U5 lacks video playback support or memory expansion. The Cowon iAudio U5 comes in both 4GB (white) and 8GB (black) capacities, it may be suitable for people who prefer a no-frills device with a sleek design. Many people buy music from iTunes store, can people play iTunes music on Cowon iAudio U5?

The answer is not, iTunes music are AAC format which is not supported by Cowon iAudio U5. The unprotected AAC files in M4A extension can be easily converted to MP3 for Cowon iAudio U5, but the others -- DRM protected M4P songs and M4B audio books can't. We need to remove DRM first.
