Usually, such OMA owners have SonicStage installed, since that both of them are related to Sony. Considering the burning feature in SonicStage, we can use a very useful tool named NoteBurner to do this job.
Firstly, download and install NoteBurner OMA to MP3 Audio Converter from this link, run it and go to Settings menu, set MP3 as output format.
Launch SonicStage, and turn to My Library window of SonicStage. Select the OMA music you want to convert and right click on them, then go to menu Transfer To > Creating an Audio CD.

SonicStage will change to Transfer mode automatically. Please change the Drive on the right panel to NoteBurner's drive letter, and click the red recording button to start converting:

(Note: NoteBurner in this example is installed in G: drive, and this may be different from yours. Please select the correct one.)
A settings window will appear, press OK here:

SonicStage starts writing audio CD:

And NoteBurner will start encoding later:

(Note: Please run SonicStage and NoteBurner at the same time, otherwise, this encoding window will not appear and the conversion will fail.)
After a while, your OMA music would be converted successfully. Right click on the music files in NoteBurner and select Open File Location, and then you can locate those MP3 immediately. Now, you can transfer them to PSP, iPod, Zune, or mobile phone, and enjoy!
