How to use NoteBurner with Foobar2000 to convert OGG to MP3

OGG, a kind of free and open standard media format, is more and more popular for open source fans or even windows users. Lots of such people just rip their CDs or download this kind of music onto their PC and play them. However, once they want to import these OGG files into their iPod, PSP, Zune or mobile phone, they will find that these devices may not support such format. Rip these CDs again, or find the MP3 version of those songs? This will take a lot of time.
