How to use NoteBurner Audio Converter with Sony SonicStage

SonicStage, developed by Sony, is a music file player and library manager, similar to iTunes, Windows Media Player and RealPlayer. It is used to manage the library of ATRAC OMG/OMA and MP3 recordings on a PC. Since that SonicStage has burning feature integrated, NoteBurner users are able to output plain MP3, WMA, WAV files with desirable encoding settings from below formats: oma, omg, aa3, 3gp, mp4, m4a, wma, wav, mp3.

Now, let’s check how to use NoteBurner with SonicStage.

Firstly, launch SonicStage, and turn to My Library window of SonicStage. Select the music you want to convert and right click on them, then go to menu Transfer To > Creating an Audio CD.

SonicStage will change to Transfer mode automatically. Please change the Drive on the right panel to NoteBurner’s drive letter, and click the red recording button to start converting:

(Note: NoteBurner in this example is installed in G: drive, and this may be different from yours. Please select the correct one.)

A settings window will appear, press OK here:

SonicStage starts writing audio CD:
SonicStage starts burning virtual CD

And NoteBurner will start encoding later:

(Note: Please run SonicStage and NoteBurner at the same time, otherwise, this encoding window will not appear and the conversion will fail.)

After a while, your music would be converted successfully. Right click on the music files in NoteBurner and select Open File Location, and then you can locate them immediately.
