Actually, with the built-in burning feature of RealPlayer, we can use NoteBurner and its virtual CD-RW to convert AMR to MP3 very easily and at high speed. Now, let's check how to use NoteBurner with RealPlayer to do this job.

Firstly, download and install NoteBurner from this link, run it and go to Settings menu, set MP3 as output format.

Launch RealPlayer, go to menu Tools > Preferences > CD > CD Burner, and set Noteburner Virtual_CD-RW in the Default Recordable Drive:
