How to Fix Error 1001?

If you are encountering Error 1001 when converting Spotify music with NoteBurner Spotify Music Converter for Windows, please follow the following solutions to check whether the issue can be fixed.

Important Notes: Please make sure your Spotify is downloaded from its' official website, NOT from Windows 10 Store. If not, please click Here to re-install your Spotify.

If the issue persists, please try out the following suggestions:

1: Please open Spotify, try to find "Edit ->Preferences" and enable the option that says "Allow Spotify to be opened from the web" (see pic below). If it's already on, please turn it off and then turn it on again. Close Spotify manually.

2: Please launch NoteBurner Spotify Music Converter and go to Menu (on the upper right) > Open Log File, delete "setting.xml" and then restart the program.

3: Please check whether your firewall settings had blocked or disabled Spotify Web Service.
