How to make NoteBurner M4V Converter Plus work with iTunes 12.2 or later?

iTunes does not create XML files by default after it has been updated to V12.2 or later version, which may make NoteBurner fail to read necessary message and pop up error message while launching.

Note: The V.2.2.0 of NoteBunrer iTunes DRM Audio Converter for Mac is released, which is fully compatilbe with iTunes 12.6.1, please download the new version through: http://www.noteburner.com/download.html

But sorry to tell that NoteBurner M4V Converter Plus for Mac doesn't support the most recent update of iTunes 12.6.1 currently. So before the final solution is found, we suggest you don't upgrade your iTunes to 12.6.1. If unfortunately you already upgraded the iTunes, currently please refer to the guide to downgrade iTunes to make it work: How to downgrade iTunes 12.6.1 to iTunes 12.6.0.

How to solve this problem?

Step 1: Please open iTunes Preferences by clicking "the upper-left button > Preferences". And then choose the "Advanced" tab in the pop-up window, and check the box that say "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications".

Step 2: Quit iTunes.

Step 3: Relaunch the M4V Converter to have a try.

If you still can't find the video in converter, please drag & drop file(s) to the converter directly.
